The CRM talks to your business software: today with Verticale 2.0, and through the API for the rest

Your business software knows how much a customer has bought; the CRM knows what we have told them. Apart, each is only half useful. Today the two archives talk to each other through Verticale 2.0, the software distributed by GERO: records kept in step and purchase history inside the customer record. For other systems Coyote CRM provides its own API, and the integration is assessed as a project in its own right.

What it actually does

Ready with Verticale 2.0

With the software distributed by GERO the integration is already built and running: nothing to develop, you configure it and off it goes.

Records kept in step

Company name, VAT number, customer code and terms stay the same on both sides, with nothing retyped.

Purchase history on the record

What they bought, when and how much: a tab on the record, and filters that let you pick customers by what they have purchased.

Payment codes and banks

The tables from the business software — payments, banks, user codes — reach the CRM and stay consistent.

Overdue payment alerts

The accounting figure becomes a useful warning for whoever is about to send an offer, instead of something discovered afterwards.

API for other business software

Coyote CRM exposes its own API, described in a technical document your software supplier can read: that is the starting point for working out whether and how to connect it.

Who it is for

Companies using Verticale 2.0, and companies with other software they do not intend to replace, who want to assess a link with the CRM.

Frequently asked questions

Which business software does it work with?

Today the ready-made integration is the one with Verticale 2.0, distributed by GERO, and it is in production. For any other system we supply the Coyote CRM API: the connection is a project in its own right and starts with a feasibility check with your software supplier, because it depends on what data that program is able to expose.

How often is the data updated?

With Verticale 2.0 the alignment is scheduled, typically overnight, and can also be triggered for a single record.
